Product Introduction

Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC), also known as Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC), is one of the most innovative cement-based engineering materials developed in the past three decades, marking a significant leap in material performance. UHPC can achieve compressive strengths of 100-150 MPa. To reach this performance, the water-to-cement ratio must be reduced to below 0.2, resulting in a very high viscosity concrete that requires special water-reducing agents. Our company has developed the MPUP-45 high-performance superplasticizer, which, through special molecular design, adjusts the thickness of the water film adsorbed on the surface of powder particles and utilizes liquid-phase superlubrication. This allows UHPC to maintain good flowability even with an ultra-low water-to-cement ratio, greatly improving the workability and construction methods of UHPC materials.

Physical and Chemical Properties

  • Appearance: Pale yellow viscous liquid

  • Solid content: 45±1%

  • Specific gravity: 1.10 g/ml

  • pH value: 5-7

  • Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Packaging and Storage

  1. Sealed packaging in plastic drums, 200 kg/drum, ton tanks, or as per customer requirements.

  2. The minimum recommended storage temperature is 0°C. Avoid freezing and thawing.

  3. The product’s shelf life is one year.
