Nanoparticle early strength agent

Product Introduction

This product is an ultra-early strength concrete admixture developed using organic/inorganic hybrid nanomaterials. By utilizing the nano-nucleation effect, it significantly accelerates the early hydration process of cement. With a dosage of 1.5%-4.0%, the compressive strength of concrete can increase by up to 150% at 8 hours, 100% at 12 hours, and the final setting time can be advanced by more than 2 hours. It is suitable for rapid early strength development of ready-mix concrete, pipe segments, precast components, and other concrete products. This product can greatly reduce energy consumption during production and even enable steam-free curing of products, mitigating or avoiding the negative impact of steam curing on the durability of concrete products.

  • Solid content: 10±1%

  • Specific gravity: 1.10 g/ml

  • pH value: 6-7

  • Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Packaging and Storage

  1. Sealed packaging in plastic drums, 200 kg/drum, ton tanks, or as per customer requirements.

  2. The minimum recommended storage temperature is 0°C. Avoid freezing and thawing.

  3. The product’s shelf life is one year.
