Early strength polycarboxylate water reducer

Product Introduction

With the acceleration of residential industrialization and the increase in infrastructure construction projects, the demand for precast concrete products has been growing steadily. This has led to higher requirements for the early strength of concrete to ensure faster formwork turnover and improved production efficiency. Ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizers have strong retardant effects, while early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizers for precast concrete have significant market potential.

This product is specially designed using polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules. MP-ES30 features high water-reducing properties, enhanced strength, ultra-early strength development, and low shrinkage. It is ideal for winter construction or projects requiring early strength. It is particularly suitable for the production of precast concrete components. MP-ES30 can improve compressive strength by 90–150% at 1 day, 50–110% at 3 days, and 40–100% at 7 days.

Physical and Chemical Properties

  • Appearance: Pale yellow viscous liquid

  • Solid content: 45±1%

  • Specific gravity: 1.10 g/ml

  • pH value: 5-7

  • Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Packaging and Storage

  1. Sealed packaging in plastic drums, 200 kg/drum, ton tanks, or as per customer requirements.

  2. The minimum recommended storage temperature is 0°C. Avoid freezing and thawing.

  3. The product’s shelf life is one year.
