Product Introduction
Fresh concrete mixtures can experience two types of separation: one is the separation of coarse aggregates from the mortar, known as segregation, and the other is the separation of water and other components from the mortar, known as bleeding. The widespread use of manufactured sand has exacerbated the occurrence of bleeding and segregation in concrete. Bleeding can cause a reduction in the surface strength of concrete. As water rises to the surface, it leaves behind channels, which reduce the density of the concrete and make it more susceptible to the penetration of harmful substances like chloride ions, sulfates, and carbon dioxide, ultimately compromising the durability of the concrete.
MS-001 significantly improves the workability of fresh concrete mixtures and reduces the bleeding rate by more than 50%. It improves the mortar’s cohesiveness, reduces segregation, lowers the viscosity of the concrete mixture, decreases pump pressure, and reduces the risk of blockages. It is suitable for various types of concrete, especially those affected by poor aggregate gradation, such as those containing manufactured sand.

Precautions
The recommended dosage is typically between 0.001% and 0.005% of the cementitious materials. Specific dosage should be determined through trial mixes. Using the recommended dosage will not affect concrete strength, but excessive use may reduce flowability.
Store in plastic containers, and avoid long-term contact with metals or metal oxides.
Keep the product sealed during storage.
Packaging and Storage
Sealed packaging in plastic drums, 200 kg/drum, ton tanks, or as per customer requirements.
The minimum recommended storage temperature is 0°C. Avoid freezing and thawing.
The product’s shelf life is one year.
