Product Introduction

The heat of hydration generated by cement hydration causes a significant internal temperature rise in mass concrete, and thermal stress cracking is the primary mechanism for cracking in large-volume concrete. Delaying the heat release from cement hydration is an important technical measure to address thermal stress cracking in mass concrete. MP-TCM1801/MP-TCM1802, an organic admixture with a specially designed molecular structure, is available as both powder (MP-TCM1801) and liquid (MP-TCM1802) products. When added in small amounts to concrete, this product significantly reduces the internal temperature rise, effectively minimizing the risk of cracking without affecting the concrete's setting and long-term strength development. This product is particularly valuable for large-volume concrete applications, such as foundation slabs and dam concrete construction.

Product Features

1. MP-TCM1801: White powder. Typically added to concrete during mixing, with a recommended dosage of 0.05% to 0.5% by weight of the cementitious material.

2. MP-TCM1802: Colorless, viscous liquid. Mixed with the mixing water before being added to concrete, with a recommended dosage of 0.2% to 0.5% by weight of the cementitious material.

3. The product has good compatibility with concrete and other admixtures.

4. Significantly reduces the risk of temperature rise cracking in mass concrete.

Packaging and Storage

1. Packaging: Sealed in plastic drums, available in 50 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum, or ton containers, or according to customer requirements.

2. Storage: Store at a minimum temperature of 0°C to avoid freezing and thawing.

3. Shelf Life: One year.
