Product Introduction

Calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) cement has a fast hydration rate, which results in poor flowability of the cement paste, rapid slump loss, and poor workability, causing significant inconvenience during construction. CSA-PCE-06 is a polymer solution-based water-reducing agent specifically designed for preparing mortars or concrete with CSA cement. It effectively adsorbs onto the surfaces of cement and hydration product particles, achieving good particle dispersion. Compared to traditional water-reducing agents, it significantly improves the flowability and slump retention of concrete at the same dosage.

• Appearance: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

• Active Content: 30%

• Specific Gravity: 1.06 g/ml

• pH: 5-7

• Chloride Ion Content: ≤ 0.05%

Product Advantages

1. Compared to traditional water-reducing agents, CSA-PCE-06 significantly improves the flowability and slump retention of concrete at the same dosage.

2. When combined with the CSA-specific retarder CSA-PSR-05, the water-reducing performance of the water-reducing agent is further enhanced.

3. The initial flowability of cement paste is ≥250 m, with minimal flow loss over time.

Usage Instructions

The typical dosage in concrete is 0.3% to 3% by weight of the cementitious material.

Packaging and Storage

1. Packaging: Sealed plastic drums, 200 kg/drum, or ton containers, or as per customer requirements.

2. Storage: Store at a minimum temperature of 0°C to avoid freezing and thawing.

3. Shelf Life: One year.
