Flexible waterproofing is one of the most important systems in construction, mainly including flexible asphalt waterproofing membranes and polymer membranes. Currently, flexible waterproof coatings are increasingly used in construction due to their ease of application, especially on irregular surfaces, as well as their excellent sealing and continuity. With growing environmental and health concerns, flexible waterproof coatings have transitioned from solvent-based to water-based formulations. However, water-based waterproof coatings still fall short in many performance aspects compared to solvent-based coatings. Therefore, based on both waterproofing performance and environmental health, the 100% solvent-free polymer waterproof system is the future trend for waterproof materials and represents the highest-grade indoor waterproofing material.
This product is synthesized using special molecular design to create a 100% polymer system with excellent fluidity and application performance. After applied to the substrate surface, it reacts with moisture in the air to undergo a cross-linking and curing process, ultimately forming a complete, continuous, and dense waterproof membrane. It also exhibits excellent bonding performance with substrates like concrete and mortar.
Product Features
Appearance: A viscous polymer-based system with a solid content greater than 98%.
Application: Directly applied to the cleaned substrate surface, two coats are typically sufficient for effective waterproofing.
After curing, it offers excellent adhesion, water resistance, and waterproofing performance.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Sealed plastic drums, available in 50kg and 200kg containers.
Storage: The recommended minimum storage temperature is 0°C to avoid freezing and thawing.
Shelf Life: One year.
