Product Introduction

This product is a concrete slump retention agent specifically designed for use in combination with standard polycarboxylate superplasticizers. By designing a special molecular structure, it continuously releases functional groups, which helps to extend the slump retention time of concrete, adjust the adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizers to different types of cement, and improve the workability of freshly mixed concrete. It is suitable for use in high-temperature construction, long-distance transportation, ultra-high elevation pumping, on-site pouring of concrete, large-volume concrete, self-leveling concrete, high-strength and high-performance concrete, etc.

Physical and Chemical Properties

• Appearance: Pale yellow liquid

• Solid content: 45±1%

• Specific gravity: 1.10 g/ml

• pH value: 5-7

• Chloride ion content: ≤0.05%

Usage Instructions

1. Dosage Range: Under normal circumstances, add 10-30% of this product to the standard polycarboxylate superplasticizer. According to pumpability tests, it can help retain the slump with minimal loss (or almost no loss) for 1-2 hours.

2. This product also has a high water-reducing effect.

3. It is recommended to conduct mix ratio tests before use to determine the optimal dosage.

Packaging and Storage

1. Sealed packaging in plastic drums, 200 kg/drum, ton tanks, or as per customer requirements.

2. The minimum recommended storage temperature is 0°C. Avoid freezing and thawing.

3. The product's shelf life is one year.
